The Emerald Bay Homeowner’s Association includes:
- Staffed Community Clubhouse with Tennis Pro Shop.
- Six Tennis Courts(5 lighted) with a full-time tennis pro and tennis instruction programs.
- Approximately ½ Mile private beach with lifeguards during the summer.
- Holiday events including private fireworks display over Emerald Bay on the Fourth of July.
- Fire rings, picnic benches, beach lockers, volleyball courts and kids beach playground
- Three parks (approximately 15 acres)
- Heated Swimming Pool Complex (includes a 25 yard lap pool, diving pool, toddler wading pool and spa)
- Basketball Court
- Toddler playground
- Fire Station within the community, manned by Orange County Fire Department.
